Worst experience ever, during walk though, they promise they would take care of items didn't do it, said they would take care of those items but never did. The workers they have building these home are very disrespectful and throw trash, food wrappers, food trays, plastic bags on the ground and expect for someone to pick up their trash, all this trash always blows into my yard, complained a few times on all this stuff and nobody ever does anything. Wouldn't recommend this builder.
John Laine’s their sales guy at their Baytown location was very rude when dealing with our situation. We signed for our house to be built 2 1/2 months ago and nothings has been done! So because it isn’t in the time frame anymore on when we need our home done we asked to back out and get our funds because THEY haven’t started building and we’re falling through on what they promised. He told me he didn’t care that they weren’t going to give us our $3000 back. Tried reaching corporate multiple times but we get a voicemail.
