I am very disappointed with the billing practices of this group. Rather than having someone available in the office to talk to, they direct you to a 1800 number with an address in Chicago and foreign customer service. Please review your bill because you cannot be charged for anesthesia services for both a CRNA being supervised by a physician and a physician on their own.

Charged twice for the same service and was told it was standard practice to pay nurses and doctors separately. No cost transparency upfront.
The practice is great. Except the billing part. Paying our bill on the phone was difficult, the person I got spoke broken English. And seemed not to understand what I wanted to do. Spoke while I was still talking.
