Disgusting experience. There's no other way to put it. They could not take our Long John's order in the drive through. Went inside and received luke warm, chewy food and it was noticeably NOT the first time it had been fried. Gross fries, rubber clams and the hush puppies were garbage. It's just fried food, it shouldn't be too hard. The inside cashier was great though. No other bright spot. So sad for us
Slowest fast food I've ever had to wait for. I only ordered a large drink & had to wait 25 minutes. Then I received my drink with no ice. Terrible service!
No drive through menu for LJS, the fish was rubbery.
Fish is pre cooked and it tasted like it was hours old. The fries were also pre cooked and tasted old, cold and rubbery. The coleslaw was slimy and wilted.The only thing edible was the hush puppies. This place used to serve fresh cooked fish. It has went downhill over the last few years. Management does not care. They are just sorry🙄 but dont change anything. Definitely done giving this place anymore of my money.
