Rude and crappy service. Kept telling me to pull up, but there was already 5 cars waiting for food and I couldn't pull up. They got mad. The old lady taking the orders was so rude and hateful. And then the food was cold and it tasted like old grease.

Very disappointed with our experience. We spent over $30 and the food was terrible. The hushpuppies tasted old, the KFC chicken was dry, and the mac and cheese had dry, nasty noodles like they had been sitting out. When we complained, we were told no refunds and that we would even be charged for ranch. For the price we paid, I expected fresh, edible food and better customer service. Definitely not worth the money

Been to a lot of LJS in the u.s. this is the worst. Always get cold and old food. Always treated like I'm bothering the workers for ordering basic stuff. This store has been horrible for years and you pay double than regular fast food. It's not even good when you go during lunch hours. Tried again 6 years later. Lol still the worst LJS. It's so overpriced. Your employees clearly can't deal with lj and KFC at same time just make one or the other. I recommend going to the glenstone LJS.
