The first part when I was ordering I asked the employee what something said because I didn't have my glasses on and I couldn't read it clearly and he was a smart-ass about it that's cool to be rude to visually impaired people and then I ordered a 3-piece fish with the side as fries and hush puppies there was maybe like a total of 15 frues that were overcooked two hush puppies that were so hard that you couldn't barely bite into them and when I called there to tell them the guy was still a smartass and told me that I could dr... read more

my fiancé and I came thru for dinner I order a L8 should be 3 fish a side and 2 hush puppies when I got home… mind you I live about 20 minutes away I found a hair in my food. i had returned to the restaurant with the food only 1 of the fish half ate all the fries and both hush puppies still in the box , the manager then grabbed a sign out of customer view told me they no longer do refunds on food and haven’t for two years !!! Is this your way of keeping money after constantly messing up ?

Unfriendly cashier; not personable whatsoever. Food was hit when it came, but was packed "to go" for dining in. No sauces or utensils in that "to go" bag. Had to go back up to the counter to ask, then it was as if I was putting the associate out. Probably won't be back.
