We went to this Long John Silvers last night. The person who took our order mistakenly left one meal off. I went back to the counter to order it separately when I realized, and they gave it to me for free. They then gave us another free meal when the original order came out. They were so incredibly kind to us, and as a result, we'll definitely go back. The food was delicious, too.
Absolutely worse experience, went through drive through 2 meals and over 20 mins as they gave our order away after parking us
