This location repeatedly leaves out items from my uber order and the food arrives very messy and slopped together. The first time they left out the food they tried to blame the driver saying they must have stole it but the second time the bag was sealed and I still was missing items. Don’t blame the drivers for your incompetency..

There are no longer any Long John silver's in my area, so I went over to St Louis on Graham Road off of Hanley and bought a two-piece fish and six shrimp meal, now I truly see why they are going out of business My fish look like a piece of leather my shrimp had all kind of black marks in the batter, needless to say I will not be going back there to that location. I went on the 18th of October and the fish was cooked fresh but the hush puppies and fries were cold and hard I was upset because they took awhile with the food for just half cold and half cooked . I ain’t ate there in 3 years i think it will be right to try one more time before I’m completely done for sure we have to do better people because things are expensive and we are paying good for every meal so I think it’s only right it’s fresh and hot.
