Went today July 18th 2026 5pm, I go here quite often, and it's always good. But today there was a guy there working the drive thru with disgusting long fingernails, I mean it was atrocious!!!! So bad that I felt concerned for my health. I didn't even want to touch the sauces and napkins he threw in there, unforunately I couldn't handle it was just thinking about it on the drive home, ended up throwing the food away, was disgusting ruined my experience won't be going back, its food bro take care of your hygiene. 2 were outside in back, one smoking. Both came in when I asked if open. Food was old and obviously recooked ( crusty edges) Extra crumbs over-cooked. Fish and shrimp both over-cooked. WORST EVER! Send them to Wichita (Rock Rd) for training. From Salina and enjoy it if it's good - this was not.

Absolutely disgusting. We have been here probably 3-4 times in a year. Its never swept. Half the time the tables aren't clean. There is always food and trash on the floors. And today the bathroom was nasty. Looks like poop in the sink. Not sure what the brown stuff is. Toilet and the toilet seat were so nasty. And, we asked for tarter sauce and cocktail sauce. One container not even half full of the cocktail, 3 packets of tarter sauce is what we recieved for 4 pieces of fish and 10-15 pieces of shrimp. So I guess sauce is sc... read more
This restaurant is always dirty, food is warm, even though you wait 15-20 minutes to get it. The staff even though friendly in general, are not customer service oriented or even semi professional.
