Crew member that took our order in the drive thru could barely talk. Kept making us repeat ourselves. Got to the window and had to wait 30 minutes for our food. They didn’t give us a receipt, a young girl was eating ice cream on the back line, they forgot part of our order. When we went back in for it they wouldn’t even put it in a bag. Had to carry it out by hand! Will never come to the moline long John’s again!!
