The fish is very good, served hot and fresh. The service for carry-out/pick-up is frequently extremely slow. Most recent order was placed online more than 30 minutes ahead of time, but when I showed up to pick up the order, they left me waiting nearly 10 minutes before telling me "we're dropping the fish now" (presumably into the deep-fryer) "and it'll be 5 minutes". Very greasy but I love the smooth batter on the chicken and fish and all the little crunchies.
Food was good, employees could have been nicer. Service was very slow, 4 people who ordered after me received their food before I did. Took almost 23 minutes to get my food. Very small portion sizes for the amount the charge, good tasting food tho. I'm no longer going to be eating LJS.
