Just got salmon for the first time about 30 minutes ago and it is actually phenomenal. Very surprised. Not bland with good flavor, well cooked.
Wonderful staff, but the food was overly greasy and overpriced for fast food, leaving everyone feeling weighed down afterward. The team at Long John Silver’s in Owensboro deserves real credit—they were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the visit. Service moved quickly, and every interaction felt genuinely kind. Only one other car in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes to get food and not a single bit of it was even hot or fresh. Do better and hire better employees.
