They got our order whole order wrong. One boxed meal had no fries or Cole slaw. They will not answer phones and it wasn’t busy!! Very disappointed. We tried several times to call but no answer.
Should have known not to order and just walk out. The floor was so greasy I about fell. I ordered 16 deep fried shrimp and two pieces of chicken. Take out ordered. Ended up getting 15 undercooked (the batter was raw on the inside)shrimp and one actual piece of chicken the other was all gristle with a little chicken attached. ALWAYS forgetting our whole order, had to go back inside and manager was rude and told my husband not to come back. Went through drive thru tonight and they refused service and was using profanity. It was their mess up and they act that way. Terrible customer service, no customer service!!! Don't get what you pay for. The parking lot is always so dark here who would want to go here. And they greet you with just so you know there's a 15 to 20 minute wait not welcome to Long John silver's or thank you for choosing Long John silver's. They act like they don't want any business keep the parking lot dark the drive-thru is dark and they're not very friendly
