I was having an issue loading a coupon in the app. The manager offered to assist me but in the end we were unable to get the deal to work. I was simply on my lunch break and the manager went above and beyond to honor the coupon despite it not working in the app. This excellent customer service should be recognized because it's not something you'll find just anywhere. I will absolutely be back to this location based on my visit. Thank you so much!
