Quick! Much better than the one on East Street. Great food! Service quick and friendly!!
Went through drive thru. The woman taking order was polite. The young man giving us the food was polite and apologized for the long wait. We were in the drive thru for 45 minutes. That was not acceptable. On Fridays and Saturdays there should be a larger staff. We love Long John Silvers but 45 minutes in drive thru was awful.
Talk about a fall far from grace. I’ve been coming to this particular establishment for more than a decade. Service has always been great. Food was always fresh. But there is a lot going on here these days. Last night, it took more than 30 minutes for us to receive our food. The comments coming from the customers in the waiting area were spot on with how I’m feeling this morning about the experience.
