The woman who took our order was nice and the man in the kitchen was nice even coming from the back to give my daughter a paper hat after seeing how we were treated. But the lady in the drive thru was rude she was the only one standing in sight at the time and Ignored me and my friend when asking for extra sauce they didn’t have in the lobby. I had to say excuse me 4 times. She looked at me like she couldn’t be bothered and like it wasn’t her job to do so and huffed and puffed giving me only 4 sauces for a 6 piece. I just th... read more
Waited 45 minutes or more for food. DoorDash and drive-through customers receive food before the in-house customers trash containers were filled to the rim. My order seemed to be forgotten and I was asked three times what my substitutes were since one item was out. No one communicated that they were working on our order and sorry for the wait.
At first I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude about the drink she didn’t give me and said they didn’t have it. And then I get home and open my coleslaw and there’s a giant hair in my container. Isn’t that great
