My boys drove 40 minutes each way to get carryout. When they got home, we were shorted an individual cole slaw, family size corn, family size fries, 12 hushpuppies and received no sauces. Super disappointed that spent over $70 and got shorted a lot of the food. It's tough to justify the expense in today's economy, but it is father's day and everyone was excited for the meal. Really tough to swallow when so much of the food was not provided.
We went through the drive thru. The drive thru moved quickly. The person was friendly and efficient. I asked for extra ketchup and she put some in. The food was exactly as ordered and looked fresh and crispy. We never get that type of service at our local Long Johns. I wished we lived closer because I would definitely eat here frequently. Will definitely eat there next time I’m in the area. It was so out of the ordinary that I had to post a review.
