Went to Long John Silvers for the first time since living in Lynchburg and met the nicest person behind the register. Her name was Tina and she carried a smile through every need I had. That smile and great attitude made such a difference in my experience and when I go back I’ll be going to see Tina.
I went back yesterday 3/15/26 The food was awful. Greasy and tasted bad. The cole slaw was disgusting. The crew there was no where near good. The was a definite difference. I was shorted some of my order and I did not catch it untill I got home 45 mins away. Usually there are no worries but today was different. Overall if I based the experience of Long Johns yesterday I would never go back. The afternoon evening shift today left me so disgusted. Store # 31588 if I had to rate yesterday it was a zero!!
