These people let me sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement, ignoring my "hellos" until a woman got on and actually yelled "we're not ready!" I had an online order I had already paid for. Finally, after an additional 5 minutes, they said hello. I let them know I had an order and she cut me off, said come in and get it, and then turned the speakers back off. Incredibly rude and a massive waste of time.
The lady working the drive thru was very friendly!
Always delicious and consistent they never miss anything. 🩷
