As expected. If you like deep fried, this is your place. My o ly complaint is we decided to go in and eat. They took all the drive-through customers first. so the wait was a bit long. It needs a face lift very tired. My guess is they do mostly drive through.
The last time I came to this LJ Silvers I didn't like my food and seemed disorganized. The Manager I assume is Sherri H,you are doing an incredible job. Night and day difference from my last experience. Food and atmosphere was excellent. Can't wait to go BACK!
So because they are understaffed during lent, they make you get out of the drive thru and wait and additional 20+ min inside to pick up your online order, ridiculous
Service was HORRIBLE. I understand it's lent, I get lunch they have a slightly larger line of people, but if I order online and wanted drive thru pick up, I shouldn't hear a rude women over the speaker telling me if I want to order I can stand in line inside, as I said it's already ordered, she said "OKAY STAND IN LINE" then for them to mess up the order anyway. Maybe some training exercises to plan for high volume orders or better prep for lent and lunch should be done.
The food was fresh and delicious! The lady working the drive thru was wonderful!
