Friendly staff, but when I pulled to the window to place my order, a huge rat ran across the floor from dining room to the kitchen. I alerted the cashier and cancelled my order. I also notified the Gregg County Health Department. The old building needs to be tore down and rebuilt. Judging from how big that rat was, I'm sure it's infested with many. I will never go back.
Is great!! For drive thru, more than fits the bill
The woman working the drive through Friday night at 6:30 pm was rude, tacky and just plain mean. I had to get out of line as she wouldn't take my order and was just as rude as she could be. I got out of line after being in it for over 12 minutes. Some cars drove off that were behind me. My family and I will not eat there again. These people should not be in business. I rate this location in Longview Texas 209 W. Loop 281 a O.... JB
