Awesome builder. I have had the pleasure of having two homes built by JA Long, one in 1994 and the second in 2000. Followed up with a 3rd when they built my detached garage at my new home in 2017. I just wish I could have convinced them to do the addition and renovation of my existing home, but the drive was too far. They are a fabulous builder and family and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a truly wonderful home.
Inquired about possible build via email. The person I spoke to, from her last name must have been an owner, acted as if I was wasting her time. Budget was around 500k. Too bad, b/c I ended up going under contract with Dream Finders about a week after. Dream Finders was the complete opposite, friendly, treated me like a person and wanted my business no matter the amount. J.A. you should really look into your customer service skills, this was an awful experience for me.
