I recently had 2 issues. 1. my waste pipe from my bathroom started leaking in the wall on the 1st floor. 2. my main water supply valve was an old style globe valve that was also leaking. I called these guys up, spoke to John, who was really knowledgeable and he said these both should be quick fixes and can come pretty quickly in-between some other jobs they had. I’m a complete novice in this field, but I will try to make as much sense as I can. The only thing I remember was that my pipe network requires a Directional Drilling. And yes they did it. At first I took the Drilling thing literally, thinking it was the conventional kind of bore hole drilling, but how wrong I was. It was more advanced than I thought, they did some markings, deployed some couple of digital equipment, and after about 40 minutes, the damaged pipe surfaced.
