Dr Poon ... very professional, thorough, great "bed side" manner, patiently explains the diagnosis/risks/mitigation, though he may initially seem all business when you first meet, he is genuinely just being very analytical and being very careful/thorough in his exam. Instills confidence in his skills, prognosis and treatment.
