Dr. Rafiy is awesome from the initial phone call to the post surgery follow ups. I love that he has his facilities on-site to get the ct scan xrays or even the mris. His staff are all welcoming and Dr. Rafiys expertise is unmatched. I had cervical fusion surgery and I was admitted for medical concerns but even though I was cleared by Dr. Rafiy, he still came to check on me.
This is quality healthcare!.. Surgery, office procedures, physical therapy, pain management..X-ray, ,MRI, (Howie) ..workers comp and No-Fault..all handled at the location.. Dr. Rafiy and Dr. Vargas tirelessly go out of their way to make sure the patient is taken care of.. and they are fully engaged in all that transpires!..I also must give praise to the office staff ..June, Karen, Stephanie who are truly the glue!.. can’t count the times that they have accommodated me with appointment issues, billing ,etc…Thank you for all y... read more

Dr. Rafiy and Dr. Vargas have been incredible and the staff is top notch. Dr. Rafiy just did my surgery last month and I will be starting PT also at their office shortly. I can't overexpress my gratitude to Long Island Spine and Orthopedics.
