I had a zoom appointment with one of the doctors yesterday.She never showed up, my son stayed home from school, I changed my schedule around to be home, I called the office and was on hold for 30 minutes while still being on hold with the zoom call as well. I called again today to find out what happened with yesterday's call and no one is picking up I was on hold for 20 minutes. My child has a disability finding a doctor is hard but this is a waste of time. Off to searching for a new doctor again.

I have never been a patient here. I keep getting calls for Amanda to schedule an appointment. I'm not Amanda. Every time I call back to let them know they have the wrong number, they say they will update the records but never do. I'm tired of getting weekly phone calls for someone else. It's been ongoing for over 6 months

Recently our experience with LISH Riverhead has been terrible. Our major complaint is that the practice has been unable to refill my brother's (Jerry) prescriptions. CenterWell our on-line pharmacy has called to process my medical prescriptions for several weeks and there has been no progress. We are also waiting for the doctor to approve Jerry's Dexicom diabetes equipment. When calling we seem to be on permanent hold and we have been awaiting a callback. My name is Richard' I waited 4 months for an appointment they called me up the morning of my appointment to cancel of June 5th 2025 .. Which I waited 4 months . Now they want me to wait another 4 months to my new appointment. I told them I'm having pain in my teeth. I pleaded with the woman let me see another dentist. She did not care she's just proceeded to make me another appointment
