While Dr. Coletta was very informative, his office staff is impossible and extremely nasty. I had an appointment in April and was told I would be put on the list for a sleep study machine. The staff told me they didn’t know how long it would take. I called back in May only to find out I was never put on the list. Supposedly, they were going to put me on the list to where I should have been if they put me on initially. It is now mid- July, again I have heard nothing and am now meeting with a different doctor. I don’t think they have doctors in that office , and I wonder how the state don’t inspect the validity of the doctors in that place, I been going there for the past two years I just wasted my time and insurance money thinking that I will get better, unfortunately I believe these doctors need to go and learn how to become doctors, once the doctors start to lying and their office workers cover for the lies I believe they should turn that place to a kitchen and sell pizza and burgers, what a shame , they call them doctors

2nd EDITED REVIEW It is now with 12/16 no call back was received. I called the office this morning and spoke with Kate. Absolutely zero empathy for the situation. Gave me a number to call to follow up because apparently “they don’t do that.” My husband has had a CPAP machine for 3 years and NEVER had to deal with this run around at his office. EDITED REVIEW It is now 12/13 and I’m still without a CPAP machine after Dr.Megally called me on 11/7 to let me know I would have one in 2 weeks. I called YET AGAIN on 12/11 and asked to speak with an office manager or a doctor. My request was denied and I was told someone would call me back in a half hour. Well it’s now over 2 days and I have not heard back from anyone and I still won’t for at least another 2 days with the weekend coming up. This office is a complete mess.
