We have finally found the dental office we have been searching for. Dr Backer couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. The office staff was so nice from the first phone call I made to the office. The office is clean and filled with state of the art equipment. I feel so confident that my family will get the care we have been searching for.
From the moment you enter the office. A very relaxing atmosphere! The front desk greets you with kindness, provides you with some documents. (NO waiting at all) After that they invite you to the back office to take xrays, and the dental Hygienest greets you, making you feel comfortable. (VERY Friendly) explaining everything. I felt very secure when visiting Long Island Dental Excellence my dentist gave me some confidence that he will help me get my beautiful smile back. When you have as much confidence and faith in your dentists it makes you want to come back even when you don't want to come back. This was the most comfortable teeth cleaning I have ever had. Their relaxing atmosphere and state of the art equipment made this visit very pleasant.
Professional services provided in a beautiful up to date office.
I loved the staff. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in from the receptionist, to the hygienist. My kids came from a very friendly, comfortable atmosphere with there previous dentist who retired. So they were a little nervous about the new office. But I am happy to say they loved it here. The staff was amazing, professional and very informative on what they needed to do with their teeth.
