I believe I am on the third of fourth appointment with Dr. Hyzak and based on my experience..I feel as I am being heard. I am very thankful to have met this doctor and his wonderful team. I recommend this place!
I've been acquainted with this practice for over 5 years and please with them overall. If there is ever an issue or hiccup with anything, the office manager and staff will do all they can to resolve it.
I called today and was unfortunately helped by a woman named merralyn. She was not helpful at all and very rude I can't believe this is the kind of person working in this environment that Is suppose to help those struggling. Do better
Biggest mistake of my life. The staff is very attentive to take your money, but does not complete appointments, or care for patients burning. your money. It's a better investment. Unbelievably unprofessional... Before, and after, they called me, lied to me, then tried to blackmail me. Please do your due diligence, and see how they responded. And responded to other previous patients.. screaming at patience is not how One conducts business.
