My visit with Dr Fauvel went well today, He is so comforting and I think he sees my fears and understands my concerns. I know I’m in good hands as this is the start of a long process.The staff there I find very professional and easy to talk to.

I had an appointment for a follow-up with Dr. Fauvell on August 15, 2016 at 3:15 PM. After 40 minutes, at 3:55 I was still sitting in the waiting room without anybody saying a word regarding the delay at which time I decided to ask the receptionist, how much longer? I heard her ask the staff but nobody was aware of me. She came back and told me that she cannot help me since Dr. Fauvell is still in surgery. I said goodbye and left. Robbers... They will rob you right in front of you with a smiling face. Service is below average. You will be greeted by an obnoxious front desk. From there on you are hooked. I had to extract a tooth and they charged me over $550 dollars. Never heard of. Also, they took their cut from the insurance also. So close to a thousand dollars for a tooth extraction. Immediately after the extraction... they asked me to cough up the money. They did not give me an explanation of the charges. I got the bill from insurance where my resp... read more

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
