Dr Li is awesome and so is the staff
Was seen promptly. Front desk staff explained the text I would receive to confirm/ update my records and offered help should I need it ( although I didn’t- very easy to do!) Dr. “N”, as I call her, was a pleasure- efficient, incredibly thorough- I needed an updated prescription and she did not rush! She tried many iterations to ensure I received a prescription for the most accurate and appropriate sight. Staff were equally friendly and efficient- cleaned all surfaces before I used them. Highly recommend!
Dr. Li was absolutely terrific . Very professional and reassured me my issue was not serious . The entire staff not only was professional but extremely courteous and thorough . The wait time was minimal . I was seen at my appointment time . Definitely highly recommended Dr. Li
Loved the doctor BUT did not like paying $90.00 for an eyeglass prescription!!!!! Highway robbery, never paid for a prescription before and will be changing doctors.
