Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and Dr Tung is number 1 eye dr in the world. Thanks for take care patient in best way.
The staff was very friendly! Kelsey (front) took care of everything smoothly and easily. All the assistants were very nice, and Dr. Singh was kind and polite. The office was super clean, and the waiting time was short. I highly recommend them!
I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. I and my son waited in the waiting room for over an hour before being seen by the doctor. Unfortunately, no one checked in or updated me on the delay until I spoke with a staff member myself. This was a very frustrating experience, and I hope future visits can be better managed so patients are informed about wait times. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Dr. Li is an amazing doctor. She truly cares about her patients. The office staff in Great Neck is friendly and efficient. I would recommend Dr.Li to all my friends and family.
