Hi my self Rajpreet singh I was admitted here 5 days for my kidney stone removal. First of I would like to thanks dr . Shah he is great surgeon for kidney he so much help me for take care of removel my kidney ston . And my best friend like brother (Ricardo singh) how take care of me after surgery and (Mya) (zoy) thanks to all staff all are great .
The security guard was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was preoccupied with her phone, arguing loudly with someone, and redirected her frustration toward visitors. Her demeanor was aggressive and disrespectful, and she showed no compassion or empathy toward individuals visiting their sick loved ones. Don’t get admitted RUN
If i could leave a 0 star review i would!!! I waited for hours to finally be seen and when i finally did get seen i had the luxury of getting Jessica Gallucci as my nurse. Exepct it wasnt a Luxury. I politely asked for the bathroom and medicine for Nasuea as i was throwing up all night. Jessica tells me to either wait or go to a different emergency room. Mind you i already waited for hours to just to get into this ER and finally be seen. When I called her out for being rude she once again told me to go somewhere else. When i... read more
I was here in the emergency room for a severe back injury with immense pain. I was attended by RN Frederica Forde. When she first attended to me she had a normal regular bedside attitude, intake and than left. My partner and son came to be by my side and when she came back her attitude was way off. I don’t know if it’s because of my race or my partners race having anything to do with it but it’s no coincidence her demeanor changed when my partner arrived.
