Nobody likes going to the hospital... But with the care, dedication of the Northwell staff this is the only place to be..I was made comfortable and all my needs were always taken care by someone with a smiling face

The ER was a complete mess. It took 2 hours to see a doctor and there needs to be a better system when people come in. The doctor and nurses who worked with my husband were great, understanding and kind.

Was with my Mom, who is hearing impaired. I found everyone to be kind and respectful. Mom was tested, treated and released without any drama, incidences of verrrrrrry long waits or bad attitudes. I was extremely grateful.

So their assessment with their hands felt that the diagnosis was muscle strain don't know if I have torn ligament. I will be going for a second opinion ,as my back still hurts my arms everything doesn't hurt just as when Things first happens . But it's ok hospital because I got to leave ALIVE. Thank god
