The adult emergency department is extremely slow. It has been more than four hours, and we still haven’t been called inside. There are no chairs available to sit my mom is 70 Years old . This hospital used to be great, but unfortunately, the service is not the same anymore!!
Nora from social services was absolutely unprofessional. LIJ needs to reconsider who they hire. She does not know how to speak to people, especially my elderly father. I was speaking to her regarding an important matter, but she wouldn’t let me speak, kept talking over me and was very dismissive. Absolutely unprofessional!
