i hate hospitals! but this one was phenomenal. My mother broke her hip and had to get an emergency hip replacement, could not have asked for a better experience from the ER to recovering everyone was amazing. Hospital is very clean and food was delicious! 100% recommend
I came last year with my dad and the front desk ladies literally put me in a dentist room?? and the doctor didn’t know I was her patient so we ended up staying their for a bunch of hours because the staff don’t know how do their job bye do better
Emergency service is horrible, we sat for two hours, then my wife was in the back for four more hours. And it wasn't all that busy. Definitely go somewhere else if possible, trust me.
You know what is frustrating? The ambulatory dept. They have a bunch of people working there and no one answers the phone and on top of that you cannot even get them to schedule a surgical procedure. Already 3 weeks and still waiting for them to call me with a date. Horrible customer service in that dept.
