I am beyond disgusted with way I have been passed round from person to person....approx 8 people and no one knows how to get this Dr on the phone. My mother is 84 yo with failing health. He sent her for test 2 weeks ago...we have called and left 8 messages and NOTHING!!! So disgusting....

I would not recommend this hospital they have absolutely no compassion or care for their patients my daughter had surgery and they won’t even let me be with her when she came and was in recovery. This was her first surgery she was nervous we got permission from the doctor that I’d be able to be with her and then after the surgery and he called me they told me absolutely not I could not go in with her and I had to sit outside and wait I would never recommend this hospital due to the lack of compassion for people
This is the worst hospital ever. we have very bad experience here. my child have an allergy problem and we was transfer to the ER. We arrived around 12:30 am. And they do nothing still 4am. all they do is asking for your address, information and charging money right away there. it's like if you don't have enough money to give them right there, your child will not be taking care of. what kind of children hospital like that???
RecommendedWas at LIJ for outpatient procedure. Nurses took great care of me every second that I was there. I felt safe and extremely well looked after.
