Cannot say enough how much we appreciated Tom's attention to detail and patience. We are first time home buyers, and he took the time to explain everything in great detail - what the problem was, how big of a deal it is, how to fix it - and left us feeling more prepared to be homeowners. He is professional and responsive and worked within our VERY tight turnaround time. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially nervous first time buyers!

Tom recently did the inspection on my new home. Because of Covid, I couldn't be there in person. Tom walked me through everything he was going to inspect and called me immediately afterwards with a summary of his findings. A few days later I received an incredibly through report that I used as a punch list for renovations. I highly recommend Long Island Home Inspection Associates.
