I've had a negative experience so far. I'm not sure why they don't answer the phone or respond to voicemail. I had to physically drive to the office yesterday to get my mother's prescription renewed, and THEN the doctor sent over the wrong prescription to the pharmacy or he was told the wrong one by the secretary (who claims she returns voicemail every hour). I have to go back there again today because the phone is not being answered AGAIN. I need to find a new doctor asap.
