I had very nice experience. Excellent customer service from the beginning. The medical assistant treated me with care and understanding. The doctor listened to my problems and explained in details my situation. I was very happy with my visit.
The entire visit was pleasant, professional and well organized. The office ran like a well oiled machine! At no time did I wait longer than 5 minutes, if that, in the room. Everyone was knowledgeable and kept me well informed, starting at the front desk regarding insurance coverage to Dr. Haight who explained the mechanics of my issue and cleared up my misdiagnosis.
Excellent care. Makes sure you are comfortable limited waiting time Podiatrist knowledgeable and walks you through the procedure.
