I found Long Island Florals through social media and decided to give them a try. I ordered a $99.99 arrangement through their website that looked very promising in the photos. Parking can be difficult, especially on weekends. Customer service was okay, but unfortunately, the arrangement I received looked about half the size of what was advertised online. Please take the time to read this. I truly appreciate this flower shop for going the extra mile to rectify the confusion that happened. Their customer service was exceptional, and they made sure everything was resolved. She absolutely loved the flower arrangement—the combination of blooms was beautiful, and the flowers were all fresh and of excellent quality. Thank you for making things right and for delivering such a lovely bouquet.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Long Island Florals. I inquired through instagram where they respond very fast at all points of the day. I had a lot of special requests which Paula and Katerine adhered to all them. Highly recommend this floral shop. Great service, very easy to work with, and great flowers.
