John @ LICC is a consummate professional. We completed a major home renovation, and all details and expectations were clearly communicated. Every phone call and text message was returned. His team worked efficiently and we never had any concerns about our personal belongings. LICC, John, was a very good contractor to work with. Very dependable. Coordinates everything that may be needed, a survey, inspection, etc. If an appointment was made, it was kept. The workers were very good at what they did, gentlemen and pleasant. For any future work I need done, I would absolutely call LICC.
We originally chose Long Island Creative Contracting to install a tile floor in our kitchen and family room. It was a somewhat difficult project because of uneven elevations between the rooms. John's team completed the project on time and budget and the results were, in a word, spectacular! We recently contracted with John to completely remodel our kitchen. LICC is one of a kind. John, the owner, is the mastermind behind this company. Everything goes through him! He will be in and out of your house several times a day to check on the work being done by his carpenters, plumbers, masons and electricians! Owner, John Pestco and all his contractors did a truly amazing job on my interior renovation in Winter 2024-25. We took out the kitchen, knocked down a weight bearing wall, vaulted the ceiling and redesigned a dream kitchen. We redid a bathroom, replaced windows/sliding doors, new siding, refinished wood floors, replaced sheet rock on ceilings and painted the whole interior.
