LICC did an INCREDIBLE job finishing our basement! John was the only contractor who was able to provide us with a 3D model showing us what it would look like when it was completed. The “Construction Online” app that they used made daily communication's, tracking progress, minor design changes and payments as we went along super easy. Things were done the right way, within budget and on time. We would highly recommend LICC to all our friends, neighbors and families, and would definitely use them again!
LICC just completed a major home renovation for us. The construction went smoothly and remained on schedule. The house is beautiful and we love our new home. John and his team were easy to work with and everyone was so nice! Highly recommend them for any home project needs!

Working with John and their entire team was a great experience. I wanted to add a roof over an existing deck on my summer home. John was patient and helpful with me and my many questions/concerns. The roof came out absolutely great and has added additional outdoor space that I enjoy using with my family. John and his team are true professionals who take pride in what they do and it shows in the workmanship in my completed project.
