LICC, John, was a very good contractor to work with. Very dependable. Coordinates everything that may be needed, a survey, inspection, etc. If an appointment was made, it was kept. The workers were very good at what they did, gentlemen and pleasant. For any future work I need done, I would absolutely call LICC.

We originally chose Long Island Creative Contracting to install a tile floor in our kitchen and family room. It was a somewhat difficult project because of uneven elevations between the rooms. John's team completed the project on time and budget and the results were, in a word, spectacular! We recently contracted with John to completely remodel our kitchen. LICC is one of a kind. John, the owner, is the mastermind behind this company. Everything goes through him! He will be in and out of your house several times a day to check on the work being done by his carpenters, plumbers, masons and electricians! My dog got to know John so well, she thought that he was there for her! He is a perfectionist and his team follows his plans to the T. Shout out to Lou, who was a tireless everything worker. Owner, John Pestco and all his contractors did a truly amazing job on my interior renovation in Winter 2024-25. We took out the kitchen, knocked down a weight bearing wall, vaulted the ceiling and redesigned a dream kitchen. We redid a bathroom, replaced windows/sliding doors, new siding, refinished wood floors, replaced sheet rock on ceilings and painted the whole interior. LICC did an INCREDIBLE job finishing our basement! John was the only contractor who was able to provide us with a 3D model showing us what it would look like when it was completed. The “Construction Online” app that they used made daily communication's, tracking progress, minor design changes and payments as we went along super easy. Things were done the right way, within budget and on time. We would highly recommend LICC to all our friends, neighbors and families, and would definitely use them again!
