If I can put zero stars, I would. I recently did a roofing replacement job for the extended portion of the kitchen with Santos and his crew at Long Island Construction Plus+. The crew was unprofessional and workmanship was sloppy. The most frustrating issue is the lack of respecting time commitments. I am so pleased with the work this company did, as well as the overall experience. Other than a very minor glitch in getting in touch with each other in the beginning, the estimate felt reasonable considering the quality that they were offering on the job. I had contacted other roofers however, no one offered this particular product for my roof, unless they charged more, and LI CONSTRUCTION PLUS this was the ONLY product they wanted to use and for the price, I was sold. Santos and George are truly professionals. They do excellent work and are honest and do neat and quality work. They did complete siding, doors, bay window installation with copper roof, and gutters for us. They have a network of people who can do everything within their own company. No need to go outside to source a job since they can do everything and to perfection. They keep to their word and are always available to contact. W. Chaloupka,PE I saw a job they did in my neighborhood and spoke with the homeowners. They were happy with the work and recommended them. I called on a Saturday with their representatives George and arranged an appointment for Monday. He came as scheduled, we agreed on a price and Ulysses and Carlos arrived on Tuesday. The work was completed promptly in a neat and workman like manner. I would use them again.
