Had an accident, this company towed my car less than 5 miles to their shop. Same day I tired calling to see if I could get my vehicle but no answer. Show up next day and the workers say mikes on his boat and that the company doesn’t even have landlines plugged in, the number on business card is mikes personal number. Also the only way they could take payment was through Venmo or cash lol. He arranged to have my car towed, took care of everything, and made the entire process so much less stressful. As a single mom, it meant a lot to have someone I could truly trust. He was honest, helpful, and always kept me informed. The customer service was excellent, and my car was taken care of perfectly. I’m so grateful for all of his help and highly recommend them to anyone needing collision work or towing services.
Fast turn around and quality workmanship. Makes getting a car repaired and dealing with insurance as painless as it can be. They definitely go the extra mile for their customers.
