Wouldn't tow car where I wanted it to be towed. Took it to his shop so he can charge storage fees. Has no business talking to customers very rude. Gives all other tow companies a bad name. Worst experience I had in a long time
Towed my car about 5 miles and charged a total of $5000 to the insurance company. Impossible to contact by phone. Insurance tried for days to arrange transfer of car to another shop. When the car was finally allowed to be picked up, the plates were removed, not sure why. Tried to contact them about the plates, no answer on the phone and no return calls. Avoid this company.
Long Island collision !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The owner is such a nice guy he went out of his way called in my claim set up a rental car had them pick me up. Did all the work with my insurance company. Anthony his painter is excellent my car was a mirror !!! my black car never looked so good. They touched up a scratch in the back as well. He answered every single one of my questions and I asked a lot!!
