The front desk is a mess. The customer service from supervisors Ruth and Joice was extremely poor. It’s disappointing to see such a decline from what was once a good place.
I’ve been a member since I was 3. I brought a guest. That day I had my first altercation there when a lady pushed me and called my friend a slur the immediate staff was super friendly inviting my friend back because there were many witnesses telling staff the woman was the problem. However, the membership coordinator Ruth called me saying that my witness statement wasn’t clear a week later, my membership is suspended, and that "she’ll call me in an hour, or a day, or a week".
