Came in to pause my membership on Sunday 11/30 around 12:30 pm. There was only one gentleman in the front desk, and he clearly seemed annoyed. I tried to be very nice asking him how he was and his attitude was very like “just get to the point”, which can make any person uncomfortable or thrown off. There is a man in the locker room. All he does is go back and forth between the sauna and shower. He puts water in the bag and washes the place where he will sit and wets everything. In the sauna, he applies lemon on his body and especially on his feet for a long time and it is very uncomfortable and he stretches his feet towards me and constantly watches people in the locker room. Please warn me or I will cancel my membership. The person I am talking about is 35-40 years old, I think he may be an Indian.
I've been a member for about a year now and overall I'm very happy. The gym has everything I need, it's consistently clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. Thankfully there's no music blasting on the speakers like in other gyms. That said, a portion of the membership (mostly older members) can sometimes come across as entitled or overly critical — you'll notice it in some of the reviews as well, but they come back every day so whats that say about them?
