Tried to scam me out of money with needless work, then damaged my car while trying to drive it around their cramped garage. Still won’t cooperate with my insurance company. Avoid this place like the plague.
Abandoned shop. Dealer closed shorty before selling me a new car and they did not do the title transfer, currently dealing with the DMV which told me they are investigating them. The owner, Respect Auto Group, went apparently out of business in the dark, leaving many stranded.
Did they go out business? Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for service, went in today and the service shop was closed and looked abandoned.
Next to impossible to get a service person on the phone to make an appointment. Left several messages on their voice mail, no response. Had better luck with Bayside Volkswagen, I guess I will be leasing my next Volkswagen with Bayside.
