They charged me for more than what I visited for, the hidden credit card fees were a very unpleasant surprise, and they had a terrible tone when communicating over email - which they seem to never do until a 3rd follow up is sent.

Quality of care from the vet herself was alright, but disappointed that their pricing lacks transparency. I am a first time dog owner and took my rescue in for a general wellness exam. Vet recommended so many add-ons and bloodwork that frankly my rescue had already received two months ago before I adopted her, but never did the vet or staff communicated cost at any point until they hit me with a HUGE final bill. The people here are some of the most inconsiderate, incompetent people I have ever encountered. We booked an appointment for our two cats. We called to tell them we’d be late due to heavy traffic, road closures and a marathon in the area. They said it would be fine. When we got there the useless receptionist said she had to ask the doctor if our cats could still be seen. Don’t waste your time. Were 15-20 late due to the marathon road closures & turned away from our appointment with 2 cats that had been heavily medicated with gaba. No apology, no consideration & a complete incompetence with overall communication. Too many other great options in the neighborhood.
