Very bad customer service
poor service, good doctors
EXCELLENT DOCTOR!!!! I was feeling a little nervous, but the assistant who took my panoramic X-rays walked me in & explained step by step what she was doing I was put at ease. She was very gentle with me like how one would treat a nervous child. The manner to which I was treated & the professionalism was top tier. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind & patient as I got my insurance info for her. She answered all my questions & made sure I had a follow up appointment in 2 weeks) after my extraction. Had 19 teeth removed all at once in preparation for dentures. Dr. Jeffrey Goldberg was an absolute pleasure to deal with as were all the staff in the Great Neck office. Procedure was done quickly, efficiently with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend.
