Great service, very helpful on the phone as to the process and options, pickup and delivery when expected, great repairs and cleaning=beautiful rugs.
Long Island Carpet has cleaned my Persian rugs for the last several years. The rugs come back amazingly clean. If it is an old rug, they call you and tell you the fringe might get slightly damaged or this or that might happen when the rug goes through the cleaning process. Very thorough, the price is fair, and they do a great job.
We worked with Long Island Carpet Cleaners, Inc. for the first time this summer and were very impressed with their professionalism and friendly manner. Our office carpets look fantastic thanks to their care and attention to detail!
They did a beautiful job on my white bedroom carpeting. I have used them several times in the past, and will continue to do so in the future!
They did a wonderful job with some vintage kilims that are in fairly delicate shape. They came back significantly brightened and looking great.
