I do not even know where to start. I am wondering if they hire the worst and laziest of aides or whether home health aides are generally just poor workers. In any event, my mother is an Alzheimer's patient and this agency has provided live-in home health aide service. The aides have allowed my mother to sit in her urine soaked clothes for periods of time, causing her to have to be admitted because of UTI's. They Usually Care
It was very hard for my father living alone after his surgery. This agency provided the best service. And the nurses were caring.
Post hospitalization the aids went the extra mile
Long Island Care was a very professional agency. The people are caring. It was difficult dealing with my husband who has dementia. The live in aid took excellent care of him. I recommend.
