Great place.. staff makes you feel right at home ...Samantha was wonderful great personality with a beautiful smile.
Friendly staff. There’s an opportunity to follow the checkin roster . Having an appointment and being skipped for a same type donation arriving later was time consuming.
Some of our staff utilizes the bank for community events and I am always startled by the bad attitude that permeates this operation. Correct me if I am wrong, they sell the blood and make money on it- right? So why wouldn’t they feel a slight need to be kind and welcoming. I blame leadership for tolerating such a poor attitude and allowing it to fester. Clean up your act NY Blood or we will all go elsewhere!
