There was an obvious language barrier from the start so there was alot of miscommunication about what I wanted. When he asked if I wanted texture on top, I said yes, expecting some light texturizing. Instead he used thinning shears throughout the top of my whole head of hair, leaving it all different lengths and so over thinned that you can now see my scalp.
