Going here about once a week for 15 years. Nothing better in town. Try the matzo Brie if you're in for breakfast.
Great find for a last minute breakfast spot. Begals are amazing fresh and everything else we had ( grits, omelette, Hash, French Toast) was delish. Waiter was super friendly and kind and everyone we came in contact was great.
My husband and I recently moved to Boca. We are so happy we found this restaurant. The servers, Jessica, Anne, Cathy, Joe, Mary, Jennifer, Robin, Sue and Kerri are the best. They are always pleasant, attentive and greeting us with a smile. The counter staff, Donna, Sheree, Dee and Reinel are always nice and ask how we enjoyed our meal. Lastly, Jody and Yale are exceptional. They made us feel welcome as soon as we met them. Hands down- this is now our new "place." It's like Cheers - where everybody knows your name.
I moved to Florida from NY. and was searching for a new place to eat. We found Long Island Bagel and Deli! Great find, after a few visits I feel like I'm home. The food, service and hospitality is exceptional. This is now my second home.
Generally fun, but two issues with this location: they seem very reluctant to cook a bagel beyond slightly warm. No exaggeration! Only once in 4 visits could I get a bagel you'd call toasted, let alone crisp. The other issue is that asking doesn't work, nor any description like "Scorch it, please" or "3x minimum through your toaster." Given their bagels aren't bargain priced, actually toasting them and being cordial about it (versus the staff openly refusing to do it) would be a major upgrade.
