(Initial 2/9/23) Gave them mold samples on the 26th of January, they told me it will be done in 7 days. It’s now the 9th of February and I still haven’t gotten any results. Called 4 times to get an update, 1st time I spoke to a gentleman who was actually quite nice. 2nd and 3rd I spoke to a lady that was actually quite rude I found. 4th time I called, they told me they were going to get back to me when they speak with whoever is in charge.
